The method includes two types of potent, gently guided experiences.

 

~The first experience is hands on with the practitioner moving your body, a truly unique experience. All clients begin with this work in an intensive series of 6-10 sessions. 

 

Once you have completed the set of intensive sessions, you will continue upgrading your brain with movement lessons.

 

~The second experience, is movement lessons; guidance of your movement with verbal cues from the practitioner.

Hands On Sessions

 

These are gentle, heart centered, pain-free, one on one movement sessions. In a place of safety and comfort, your body is moved gently and slowly to facilitate sensing and noticing.

 

The session is customized to the particular needs of each client, in order to access the motor cortex of the brain.

 

Through movement and by sensing and noticing differences, the brain is provided with new information. New neural pathways are created and enhanced to allow the letting go of old pathways, chronic pain/limitations and habits.

 

The purpose of the sessions is to bring about transformation through experiential learning. Hands on sessions are suitable for all ages and varying degrees of abilities and conditions. They can be done laying down, in a chair or standing.  The sessions are approximately 30 to 45 minutes long. 

 

Intensives are a series of 6 (minimum) to 10 (preferred) sessions, taken place within a one week period. 2 sessions per day is ideal.

 

Intensive sessions ensure a more transformative and permanent neuroplastic change, particularly in rehabilitation cases or cases of chronic pain/injury and recovery.

Depending on individuals, their needs and outcomes, the sessions may be repeated on a monthly, bimonthly or less frequent basis, for ongoing transformation and healing.

 

Movement Lessons

Use these lessons to continue creating new neural pathways.

 

The verbally guided movement lessons can be done individually and in groups. They are approximately 45-60 minutes long.

 

There are hundreds of different movement lessons that focus on different functions and movement skills.

 

The lessons keep the focus on enhancing your brain function.

 

They create transformation in flexibility, strength, pain relief, acquisition of new skills and improvement of existing ones, mental clarity, vitality, and well-being.  The changes I have witnessed are quite remarkable!
